Head of Business Audit – Fintech

Fintech environment Career progression opportunity Senior stakeholder engagement As the Head of Business Audit, the successful candidate will own the audit function end-to-end: build the Audit Charter and Methodology per IIA standards, run risk-based audits of controls and regulatory compliance, present findings to the Audit Committee, liaise with regulators, and oversee whistleblowing. You will have direct Board & Audit Committee exposure, hands-on impact in a lean, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should come with at least 12-15 years relevant Internal Audit experience from a banking/financial services background. An added advantage if there is some exposure to fintech environments in recent years. Team management experience will be ideal, but not mandatory. Seeking a hands-on audit professional who possesses strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
