Accounting Intern

Job Details:

1. Issue electronic tax invoices (E-Tax Invoice) for the sale of goods/services in accordance with the law.
2. Receive billing from creditors (Vendor/Supplier) and verify the accuracy of documents.
3. Record accounts payable in accounting systems such as FlowAccount or SAP Business One.
4. Perform monthly physical stock counts and prepare inventory reports in collaboration with the warehouse department.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments such as Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure accurate accounting information.
6. Systematically organize related accounting documents to ensure easy traceability.
7. Support other accounting tasks as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Interested in accounting work and eager to learn.
• Ability to Read and Write English.
• Detail-oriented and responsible for assigned tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to start the internship immediately will be given special consideration.
• Has a Growth Mindset.
