Project Manager

Beamy develops a web extension and enables large companies to detect and manage SaaS tool usage in real time.

Our technology is based on three pillars: -A browser extension deployed to over 300,000 users that allows monitoring of SaaS usage -A governance platform that allows for the collaborative definition of the company's application strategy -A contextual notification system from the browser extension to guide users and communicate with employees.

At the intersection of browser technology, real-time data processing, and enterprise security, our solution helps organizations better control their SaaS ecosystem and optimize software usage by their employees by directing usage toward standardized applications.

🚀Missions

• We are looking for our next Project Manager to ensure the complete deployment of the Beamy solution for our key accounts, taking charge of the project management necessary for the installation of the solution, the functional and technical configuration of the platform, and supporting our clients in the adoption of our product.

• Technical deployment & integration:

-Lead the deployment of the Beamy browser extension in complex IT environments.

-Provide technical expertise on architecture and deployment choices, taking into account the client's security, network, and IS constraints.

-Manage integrations (APIs, interfaces) and support the implementation of connectors (SSO, DLP, etc.).

-Participate in pre-sales phases to ensure technical reassurance and clarify implementation implications.

-Be the primary point of contact for the client on all technical subjects related to Beamy.

• Client support & operations:

-Ensure onboarding and training of client teams on the use of the platform.

-Follow client projects from end to end: coordination, planning, risk management, communication.

-Support the long-term adoption of the solution by providing local support and facilitating changes in usage.

-Perform regular internal reporting on technical or operational alerts detected on the monitored accounts.

-Work in close collaboration with Sales, CSM, Product, and Pre-Sales teams to maximize impact for our clients.

👀 Profile sought

• 🧑‍💻 Hard skills:

-You are a graduate of an engineering school.

-You have experience (3 years) in B2B SaaS / tech startup environments, ideally in professional services (PS), pre-sales, or technical consulting (CTO Office, cybersecurity, PMO).

-You have already led complex implementation projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up of actions, quickly grasping business and technical stakes, and effectively managing different stakeholders to move files forward (potentially within tight deadlines).

-Technical skills in system integration are a plus:

• API management
• SSO configuration
• Configuration scripts
• SQL and BigQuery (BQ).

-You speak English fluently.
