We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Inclusion to lead our whole-school inclusion strategy. This leadership role involves developing and implementing policies that support diverse learners, collaborating with staff and families, and ensuring compliance with best practices in inclusive education.

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field (minimum requirement)

At least 3 years of experience working in inclusion or special educational needs within a UK curriculum setting and ADEK framework

Strong knowledge of inclusive education strategies and legal requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies

Experience in designing individualized learning plans and supporting diverse learners

Values and attitudes

Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout the school community

Empathy towards students with varied learning needs

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
