The intern will act in partnership with the Student Well-Being Center team and the High School pedagogical team, supporting the promotion of student well-being, socio-emotional development, and learning. We are looking for a person who has a genuine interest in adolescent development, a passion for the school environment, an ethical posture, availability to learn, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and the team.

Responsibilities and assignments RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Favor the active participation of students in school activities, contributing to an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful learning environment.
• Offer socio-emotional support to students, always under the supervision of the Counselors team, assisting them in developing strategies to face academic, social, and emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with the pedagogical team and the Student Well-Being Center in the planning and implementation of strategies that promote the participation and well-being of all students.
• Assist in the organization, updating, and maintenance of student documentation, ensuring clear, organized records in compliance with school processes.
• Support the activities developed by the Student Well-Being Center, contributing to preventive actions, classroom interventions, SEL projects, and initiatives aimed at the well-being of the school community.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing observations, reflections, and proposals for the improvement of educational practices and student monitoring.
• Participate, when pertinent and always under the guidance of the pedagogical team, in meetings with families or external professionals, contributing to the construction of a collaborative partnership between the school and guardians.
• Collaborate with the planning and implementation of SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) activities;
• Assist in the organization, recording, and documentation of developed actions, using Google Workspace tools;
• Contribute to the construction of a welcoming, safe school environment aligned with the school's care and prevention practices.

Requirements and qualifications REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS FORMATION: Currently studying Pedagogy or Psychology, with expected graduation between July and December 2028 TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: At least two more years of course remaining

• Desire to work in Education
• Intermediate computer knowledge (GSuite and Office Package)
• Advanced/fluent English
• Identification and/or willingness to learn about psychology focused on education, restorative practices, and inclusive procedures.
