The Admissions Analyst will be responsible for the enrollment process of new students at the school, acting from the first contact with interested families to the finalization of enrollment. It is a role that requires solid organization, attention to detail, excellence in communication and welcoming, representing one of the main gateways for new members of our school community.
Responsibilities and assignments RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS Promptly assist families and candidates via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms. Develop an active relationship with leads, clarifying doubts about the pedagogical proposal, admissions calendar, necessary documents, and process stages. Perform active follow-up of leads, ensuring nutrition and constant monitoring until registration or enrollment. Register and update all interactions in the admissions management system (e.g., OpenApply, TOTVS, or CRM). Qualify leads based on criteria defined by the area (profile, grade/year, interest, and availability of vacancies). Support and act in the implementation/optimization experience of CRM systems. Organize recruitment events (open days, tours, experiences) and perform the scheduling of individual visits. Monitor service indicators (response time, lead-to-registration conversion rate, and family satisfaction). Act in alignment with the Admissions team, ensuring consistency in communication and the family experience.
Requirements and qualifications REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Completed Higher Education in Advertising and Propaganda, Communication and Marketing, International Relations, Languages, or related areas. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in student recruitment and admission processes within a school environment. Solid skill in interpersonal relationships, customer/family service, and negotiation techniques. Mastery of CRM tools (OpenApply, Salesforce, or similar) and experience/knowledge in CRM implementation. Knowledge of TOTVS (desirable). Excellence in verbal and written communication. High level of organization and attention to detail.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Proven experience in student recruitment and admission processes within a school environment. Solid skill in interpersonal relationships, customer/family service, and negotiation techniques. Mastery of CRM tools (OpenApply, Salesforce, or similar) and experience/knowledge in CRM implementation.
