Job Title: Business Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

The Business Officer will drive customer acquisition, financing applications, and revenue growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads from individuals, SMEs, and businesses.

• Promote and sell asset financing, BNPL, credit, solar/inverter systems, home appliances, and business equipment.

• Manage prospects from lead generation through application, approval, disbursement, and asset delivery.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, merchants, suppliers, and strategic partners.

• Follow up with prospects and customers to drive conversions and business growth.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, lending, fintech, banking, asset financing, insurance, or related fields.

• Prior sales experience in solar/inverters, batteries, home gadgets & appliances, or business equipment will be a strong advantage and a key consideration.

• Proven ability to generate leads, convert customers, and achieve sales objectives.

• Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-focused environment.
