As a Laboratory Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the validation, qualification, and technical evolution of our products. You will be responsible for the performance compliance, safety, and functional safety of the tested systems. You will intervene at all stages of testing: from preparation to final reporting, including the setup and exploitation of results.

Your main missions

  1. Test Preparation

Define the test plan or scheme in collaboration with the thermodynamics project manager. Prepare and install the product on test benches and/or in climatic chambers. Define and set up the measurement equipment as well as the necessary indicators. Prepare the test equipment before execution.

  1. Conducting Tests

Conduct thermodynamic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic performance tests. Manage and pilot the test means as well as the machine under test. Participate in the creation and improvement of the test plan (technical lead).

  1. Exploitation of Results

Analyze measurement data, identifying key and abnormal behaviors. Present results, format conclusions, and formulate recommendations. Write complete and actionable test reports.

  1. Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

Propose technical or technological evolution axes. Update the project's technical files. Assist various internal departments and suppliers on technical subjects. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing laboratory.

Soft Skills

Strong taste for technical challenges. Adaptability, ease in both theory and practice. Proactivity, spirit of initiative, and ability to propose solutions. Team spirit and good humor are essential. Synthesis skills, rigor, and autonomy.
