2 (Senior) Consultant Corporate Finance (m/w/d) GREAT, IF YOU ENJOY THESE TASKS:

• You enjoy dealing with demanding specialized topics in valuation and with complex financial instruments (Derivatives, Options, etc.)
• Development and implementation of valuation models (Option pricing models, stochastic processes, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.) and transfer into Excel
• Close cooperation with our tax and legal experts on valuation questions in tax law
• Preparation and analysis of large amounts of data as well as presentation of results internally and to clients
• Conception and implementation of AI-supported approaches for the further development of our valuation and analysis methodology
• Great Teamwork: As part of an experienced, interdisciplinary team, you will actively help shape projects in business valuation.

GREAT, IF THIS IS YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably university) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Economics with a focus on Mathematics and/or related disciplines
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment and appreciate the variety that project business brings
• Complexity does not throw you off rhythm - even with complex projects, you get to the point
• Good basic understanding of finance and confidence in mapping numbers and models in Excel
• You also enjoy working your way into legal topics and like the combination of numbers, law and tax
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as excellent English skills
• Additional qualifications are an advantage: You are a PhD candidate or currently pursuing a doctorate, or you are in the process of training to become a CFA Charterholder - or are interested in starting one of these training programs.
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Great Mindset: Team player, affinity for numbers, independence and willingness to learn
