We are looking for an ACCOUNTANT - SAP.

Requirements:

• Licensed and active professional in the Accounting career.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in the position.
• Experience in Accounting Outsourcing companies.
• Intermediate level proficiency in English.
• Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting systems - SAP.
• Proficiency in Accounting and Tax regulations.
• Diploma or specialization in accounting and/or related topics.

Functions:

• Comply with the accounting closing schedule and reporting dates.
• Lead work teams composed of Sub-Accountants, Analysts, and Assistants and report to the manager or partner.
• Review the accounting records made by the personnel under their charge.
• Review the accounting ledgers to identify unusual entries.
• Keep accounting books updated and ensure the proper presentation of electronic books.
• Prepare monthly and annual taxes to send to the client, verify presentation, and timely payment.
• Prepare local folder EEFF and corporate reports.
• Know and evaluate the tax situation and determine contingencies.
• Prepare and control compliance with monthly closing schedules.
• Distribute, supervise, and control the work of the personnel under their charge.
• Periodically evaluate the workload in relation to the contracted hours in search of efficiency and profitability.
• Control client billing and other administrative matters (collections, fee renewals, etc.).
• Other functions inherent to the position.
