We are looking for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - ORACLE.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Bachelor of Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position.
  • Proven knowledge in Oracle.
  • Intermediate level English proficiency.
  • Intermediate/advanced level Excel proficiency.

Functions:

  • Register purchase and sales documents in the accounting system.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Perform petty cash registrations, fixed asset control, among others.
  • Support the analysis of accounting accounts.
  • Preparation of electronic Books and PDT.
  • Support in the preparation of EEFF and tax settlements.
  • Comply with the accounting closing schedule and reporting dates.
  • Register accruals for income and expenses: depreciation, payroll, CTS, recurring expenses, etc.
  • File processed documents along with the corresponding supporting documentation.
  • Other functions inherent to the position.
