We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PAYROLL.

Job Functions:

• Preparation of employment contracts.
• Monitoring and sending alerts for contract expiration dates.
• Monitoring of personnel vacations.
• Support in procedures related to the personnel payroll.
• Maintaining control of personnel attendance.
• Resolving client doubts via email related to personnel administration.
• Visiting clients to gather information, resolve doubts, observations, etc.
• Other functions inherent to the position.

Requirements:

• Professional in Administration, Psychology, and/or related careers.
• Minimum experience of (1) year in the same position.
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level proficiency in the English language.
