Coordinate with workers and project teams while monitoring work progress to achieve project goals effectively. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities to ensure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and meet quality standards Coordinate communication and workflow between workers and project teams to maintain project alignment Monitor and assess work progress regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly Apply knowledge of safety rules to enforce compliance and maintain a safe work environment Interpret construction drawings and follow instructions accurately to guide work execution Lead and motivate workers to achieve project objectives and maintain productivity Required competencies and certifications Ability to read construction drawings and follow instructions accurately Knowledge of safety rules and requirements to ensure safe work practices Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and guide construction teams
