IT Project Manager Senior Supply Chain and AI - Hybrid (Project)

Your tasks

Job Objective Manage global scope technology projects for the Supply Chain & Operations domain and/or emerging initiatives in the Latam South subsidiaries (Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, and Colombia).

The role requires managing internal and external stakeholders, and leading specialized personnel in the development of technological solutions leveraged, mostly, by Artificial Intelligence.

Main Responsibilities Manage the assigned project portfolio: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources, with daily visibility of the status.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, external providers, and stakeholders from different geographies in steerco sessions, follow-ups, dailies, or on-demand.

Review progress, milestones, deliverables, and commitments, reporting risks in a timely manner and applying corrective actions.

Ensure the application of methodologies, standards, security guidelines, and corporate governance defined by IT Governance.

Participate in the entire project life cycle, from kickoff to implementation or the transition to operational continuity.

Participate in project committees, executive follow-up, and coordination meetings with business and IT.

Maintain permanent communication with sponsors, key users, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education: Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, or a related career.

Total work experience: 5 to 10 years.

Specific experience: technology and/or Supply Chain.

Intermediate English, especially for reading documentation.

Technical Knowledge and Tools Microsoft Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.

Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Power BI, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio).

SAP ecosystem and related enterprise platforms.

Git and version control tools.

Collaborative and project management tools.

Cloud solutions and integration platforms.

Data analysis and executive reporting tools.

Desirable Certifications in IT project management and agile development teams (not exclusive).
