Vacancy Profile:

• 8 years of experience as a Process and electronic automation Engineer in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English
• PCBA handling (SMT and rework experience not necessarily required)
• Project development with Ford, GM, Stellantis, Nissan.
• Creation of PFMEA with AIAG/VDA review, APQP, PPAP, Statistical control, validation methods, MSA, problem-solving methodology managed (DMAIC, green or black belt, Six sigma, Redx).
• PLC programming, vision systems, Robots.
• Handling of cutting tools

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous and stable operation of production lines through rapid and effective resolution of technical failures.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, processes, and quality procedures, guaranteeing compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Analyze and improve productivity and quality indicators (UPH, OEE, PPM) on production lines.
• Implement improvements in processes and equipment that increase operational efficiency and raise line performance.
• Ensure the correct integration of new production lines, bringing them to the required performance level in the shortest time possible.
