Independently manage product certification and registration processes for imported products in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
Identify certification, registration, and licensing requirements for different product categories, including SNI, PKRT, and BPOM, where applicable.
Prepare, review, and manage the documents required for product certification and registration.
Coordinate with relevant government authorities, certification bodies, testing laboratories, consultants, and suppliers in China.
Monitor the progress of certification applications and ensure all required processes are completed within the expected timeline.
Review product documentation, labels, and supporting materials to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
Monitor regulatory updates that may affect product certification, importation, and market entry.
Maintain accurate records of certificates, registrations, licenses, and their validity periods.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet applicable regulatory requirements before being marketed in Indonesia.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product certification, product registration, regulatory affairs, or product licensing.
Practical experience handling product certification or registration processes in Indonesia.
Familiarity with Indonesian product regulations, particularly SNI, PKRT, and BPOM requirements, depending on product category.
Ability to independently identify applicable regulatory requirements and manage certification processes from document preparation through submission and follow-up.
Experience with imported consumer goods, mother and baby products, is highly preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple certification processes simultaneously.
