General Job Objective

To ensure the physical integrity of the institution's facilities, buildings, branches, and collaborators through risk assessment, implementation of civil protection measures, control of security providers, and timely response to incidents in the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities and Functions

  • Risk Analysis and Prevention: Perform physical security surveys, environment analysis, and assessment of operational and criminal risks (including mitigation and management of risks such as extortion).
  • Civil Protection and Regulatory Management: Implement civil protection measures, protocols, and plans, guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations and providing constant training to personnel.
  • Private Security Supervision: Administer and supervise the performance of external private security providers, ensuring rigorous compliance with instructions and protocols of the 24/7 guard service.
  • Project and Real Estate Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects and Real Estate areas to ensure that the design, remodeling, or maintenance of facilities complies with institutional security specifications and requirements.
  • Institutional Relations and Emergency Response: Maintain direct and constant liaison with local and state authorities. Respond as the first contact filter 24/7 in the event of contingencies, critical events, or alarm activations.

Profile Requirements (Education and Experience)

Academic Background

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in any of the following areas (or related careers)
  • Basic English (Spoken and read)
  • Essential to drive a standard vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
  • Security / Criminology / Civil Protection
  • Administration / Law
  • Engineering: Electronics, Mechatronics, or related areas (valued for the integration of electronic security systems and technology).

Work Experience

  • Previous internships in corporate security, risk management, or civil protection

5. Work Tools and Per Diem Scheme

  • Corporate equipment: Business cell phone and laptop.
  • Mobility: Assignment of utility vehicles for local transfers and foreign routes (may include eventual use of public transport at the beginning of training).
  • Per diems: The company covers travel expenses and for foreign routes (Vizcaíno, Loreto, Santa Rosalía, Ciudad Constitución).
