Job Objective

Contribute to the strategic management of the business through financial and commercial analysis, monitoring of performance indicators, and the development of analytical tools that facilitate decision-making, driving operational efficiency and the fulfillment of the objectives of Banca de Empresas e Instituciones (BEI).

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute and promote the continuous improvement of Performance Management processes through the monitoring, analysis, and control of commercial activity, results, expenses, and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, productivity, KPIs, and SLAs established for the processes under their responsibility.
  • Develop financial and commercial analyses that allow for the identification of business opportunities, optimization of portfolio management, and support for strategic decision-making.
  • Design and manage executive dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring results and generating timely information.
  • Automate financial and commercial reporting processes through Business Intelligence tools, data analytics, and programming, increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual activities.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, as well as in the planning and portfolio processes of Banca de Empresas e Instituciones (BEI).
  • Collaborate with different business areas to generate strategic information and continuous improvement proposals.
  • Attend to projects and initiatives assigned by the immediate leader, contributing to the fulfillment of the area's objectives.

Academic Background

Completed Bachelor's degree in Actuaría or Mathematics** Master's degree in financial, analytical, or business areas is desirable.

Experience

Age: 35 and above** Desirable experience in any of the following areas:

  • Banca de Empresas e Instituciones (BEI).
  • Financial Planning.
  • Management Control.
  • Business Intelligence.
  • Financial or Commercial Analysis.

Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
  • SQL and database management.
  • Python.
  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio or similar).
  • Development of dashboards and executive indicators.
  • Process and reporting automation.
  • Data modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of AWS is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, budgets, financial closings, and profitability analysis.

Languages

Advanced English.
