Position opening

With fresh energy and exciting store renovations being completed, we are modernizing our customer experience across our 4 different branches. As we prepare for our next phase of expansion, we are looking for a high-energy Operations Manager to lead our retail team, maintain our strict quality standards, and help us scale our footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management & KPI Tracking

• KPI management.
• Data-driven coaching.
• Action planning.

Training & Team Commitment

• Weekly sessions.
• Training audits.
• Culture building.

Quality Control & Branch Standards

• Visual consistency.
• Product quality (in shops, not in bakery).
• Compliance checks.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience. Minimum of 3 years in multi-unit management (hospitality, retail, or food and beverage preferred)

Education. A minimum of a diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Catering and Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage Management, or another relevant field from a recognised institution.

Mobility. Ability to travel locally to visit 2 to 3 branches a day.

Leadership. Proven ability to motivate teams and build a culture of commitment.

Analytical mindset. Eagerness to learn, interpret, and manage store KPIs.

Communication. Strong interpersonal skills to coach supervisors and report to business owners.
