Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment

Maintain supplier databases and evaluate vendor performance

Process purchase orders and track deliveries

Coordinate with suppliers on quality specifications and delivery schedules

Customer Relations & Sales Support

Handle customer inquiries and order processing

Manage customer accounts and maintain relationship records

Coordinate with sales team on customer requirements

Process customer orders and delivery arrangements

Inventory & Goods Management

Oversee goods receiving and quality checks

Maintain inventory records and stock levels

Coordinate with warehouse on storage and dispatch

Monitor expiry dates and stock rotation

Financial Administration

Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping

Maintain financial records and documentation

Assist with budget tracking and expense management

Coordinate with accountants on monthly closings

General Office Administration

Manage office operations and administrative systems

Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation

Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars

Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
