UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Translate user, product and business requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Facilitate client workshops, user/stakeholder interviews and creative brainstorms
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify design-enhancement opportunities
• Communicate interaction concepts using wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes
• Contribute to and maintain design-system components; support engineering hand-offs and UI-fidelity reviews

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, communications, computer science or equivalent
• 3-6 years of design experience with a user-centric approach
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
• Experience designing dashboards and analytics UIs, applying data-visualisation best practices
• Strong communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
