Your tasks
- Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Support network troubleshooting and resolve basic connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Support the implementation of network security measures and access controls.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network availability and reliability.
- Assist in routine network maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Communications, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- 0–1 year of experience in networking or a related IT field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- CCNA certification is required.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
