VESSEL OPERATOR (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Schedule and voyage planning with the Chartering and Technical departments
• Coordination with the ship management, speed and consumption planning, bunker planning
• Coordination with the Chartering and Technical departments during the voyage
• Agency nomination and coordination with agents before and during port calls
• Coordination with owners and customers
• Laytime calculation
• Planning of port calls with agents, terminals, and Port Captains
• Regular visits to ships and terminals
• Cooperation with the Documentation and Marine Accounting departments
• Cooperation with the Legal department in the event of cargo damage or other relevant matters
• Processing of port calls

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a Schifffahrtskaufmann/kauffrau
• You have professional experience as a Heavy-Lift-Operator
• You enjoy working analytically, independently, and in a structured manner
• You possess good IT skills
• You bring team spirit and initiative
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
