For over 23 years, BazGym has been providing gymnastics and movement programmes in Singapore. Today, we serve over 3,000 students every week across different branches, from young children and competitive gymnasts to adults and seniors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Branch Manager who can take ownership of one of our centres and lead the branch in delivering an excellent experience for students, parents and coaches. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible not only for daily operations, but also for developing your team, maintaining programme standards, improving student retention and helping the branch grow. What You Will Be Responsible For Branch Operations & Performance Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the branch, including class operations, staffing, schedules, facilities and administrative matters. Monitor branch performance and work towards enrolment, retention and operational targets. Student Enrolment & Retention Build strong relationships with parents and students, follow up on enquiries and trials, understand why students leave, and work with the team to improve retention and overall customer experience. Coach Leadership & Development Lead and support the coaching team. Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism and teaching standards while working closely with our Head Coaches, Supervisors and Head of Programmes to develop the coaches under you. Teaching & Programme Quality Ensure that BazGym's teaching standards are maintained consistently. Support coach training, certifications and professional development, and ensure feedback from class observations is followed through constructively. Customer Service Handle parent enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally. The Branch Manager should be approachable, calm and capable of resolving issues while protecting both the interests of the customer and the company. Branch Standards & Safety Maintain a clean, organised, professional and welcoming environment. Ensure equipment, facilities and safety procedures are properly maintained and followed. Fees & Administration Oversee invoicing, outstanding fee collection, student records and other branch administrative processes together with the administrative team. Events & Community Building Support and lead branch activities such as showcases, carnivals, holiday programmes, performances and other BazGym events. We want our Branch Managers to create a strong sense of community within their branches. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is responsible, organised and good with people . You should be comfortable managing both employees and customers, and be willing to take ownership when something needs to be solved rather than waiting for instructions. Experience in sports, enrichment, education, childcare, fitness, hospitality, retail operations or service management would be useful. Previous experience managing a team is strongly preferred. A gymnastics background is an advantage, but not essential . Strong leadership, communication and operational ability are more important. You should also be comfortable working during the periods when our centres are busiest, including weekends. You understand that managing people is not just about giving instructions or completing checklists. A good manager develops people, gives useful feedback, motivates the team and creates an environment where staff want to perform well. You notice problems before they become bigger problems. And most importantly, you treat the branch as something you are responsible for—not simply somewhere you come to work. What You Can Expect You will work closely with BazGym's Senior Management who are still very hands-on (we posted this!), Head of Programmes, Head Coaches and Supervisors. BazGym is continuing to expand, and there will be opportunities for capable managers to take on greater responsibilities as the company grows.
