Tender Engineer (M&E Contractor)

Support pre-tender and tender phases for all M&E trades, raising queries or amendments to influence clients or consultants where possible.

Preparation, review, and submission of tenders for mechanical, electrical, and ELV systems, ensuring completeness, quality, and compliance with technical and risk requirements.

Enhance and consolidate quotes to meet target win prices, preparing a tender cost summary for management approval, and ensuring margin protection, while also preparing for tender interview presentations to support negotiations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies

At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Quantity Surveying/Tender Management for M&E Contractor environment

Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous
