Database Administrator (DBA)

Partner functions Responsibilities: Administer MS SQL and PostgreSQL DBMS; Participate in the creation and support of database architecture; Maintain database backup and recovery processes; Conduct proactive troubleshooting and resolution; Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in database operations; Participate in migration projects from MS SQL DBMS to PostgreSQL DBMS; Keep documentation up to date; Interact with administrators, developers, BI specialists, and other members of cross-functional teams in database support and administration. What is important to us: DBA experience and/or experience in a database developer role (ETL, SSIS packages) of 3+ years; Main specialization in the field of database server administration managed by MS SQL (2016-2022) and PostgreSQL (13-16); Knowledge of SQL, experience in SQL query optimization; Understanding of operating principles and experience in building high-load database architecture; Experience with AirFlow, Git is an advantage; Analytical mindset and structured working methods; Strong communication skills, ability to constructively justify your point of view and work with feedback; Proficiency in spoken and written English at a Pre-intermediate level.
