Job Description Bay Impex Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Quality Control Systems Manager to oversee and manage quality control procedures for our manufacturing and food handling operations.
Your tasks
- Develop, implement and maintain quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality control records, reports and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations and management teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in quality control, quality assurance or food safety management.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, food safety requirements and inspection procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
