Your role in Immunomonitoring
As a (Senior) Lab Technician in our Immunomonitoring group, you will play a crucial role in the development of new vaccine candidates.
Your tasks
- Immunomonitoring: Learning and performing assays such as ELISA, flow cytometry, ELISPOT, virus neutralization, and Luminex
- Assay Development: Supporting the development, optimization, and validation of immunological assays as well as routine sample analysis
- Cell Culture: Gaining practical experience with standard cell culture techniques
- Quality Standards: Working according to GCLP standards, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining laboratory equipment
Your profile
- Qualification: You have completed your training as MTA, BTA, CTA, PTA, or equivalent
- Skills and Experience: You are familiar with immunological and cell-based analytical methods and ideally have a good understanding of bio/immunological laboratory equipment
- Team Player: You enjoy working in a team and have good English skills
- Tech-savvy: You are confident in using MS-Office
