• You have a completed technical degree or a comparable qualification (e.g., Techniker) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
• You possess sound technical know-how and comprehensive expertise in encoders, port equipment, heavy industry, or drive technology
• International sales successes speak for you – you know how to win and inspire customers
• With a high willingness to travel and openness to cultures, you navigate confidently through the European market
• You appear confident, argue smartly, and negotiate with charm and emphasis
• Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; additional language skills are an advantage
