About the company

Your tasks
- As a (Senior) Service Technician (m/f/d), you are responsible for independent error localization and troubleshooting
- You support customers with technical application problems
- You accompany various projects from special purpose machine construction, from commissioning at the customer site to service assignments and maintenance work at home and abroad
- Carrying out system optimizations is also part of your area of responsibility
- With your know-how, you provide valuable support through telephone and remote support
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician m/f/d, Electrician m/f/d, or Mechatronics Technician m/f/d, possibly with further training as a Master m/f/d or Technician m/f/d
- Several years of professional experience in the field of automation systems and robotics technology
- Sound knowledge in PLC/robot programming
- Strong customer orientation and service mentality
- Conscientious, independent, and responsible way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
