HR Business Partner (m/w/d) with a focus on HR Systems and Talent Management
Your tasks:
- Independent support of assigned departments throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit
- Sparring partner for managers in personnel management and labor law matters
- Creation of contracts, addenda, certificates, and personnel-related correspondence
- Independent accompaniment of recruiting processes, from job posting to decision
- Co-design and maintenance of modern HR systems (HR Suite, digital file, Recruiting, Onboarding, Self Service) as well as support in the selection and implementation of new solutions
- Support in personnel development and training planning
Your profile:
- Completed studies (Personnel Management, BWL, Business Law, or similar) or comparable qualification
- Many years of sound professional experience in the personnel area, ideally as an HR Business Partner/referent
- Sound knowledge of individual labor law, confident consulting even in demanding situations
- Experience in HR digitalization and process optimization, enjoyment in the further development of HR systems
- Structured, independent way of working
- Good English skills
