• As a Tech Lead (m/f/d) in our Product Team Order Management Data, you are responsible for the conception and implementation of data mappings and data flows in an agile environment
• You automate and accelerate data flows and ensure data correctness
• You design and further develop our data infrastructure
• In alignment with the strategic goals of BAUHAUS, you design future-proof architectures and platforms
• You lead and empower your team of Software and Data Engineers, for example through coaching or Code Reviews, and ensure reliability and team performance.
• You ensure the reliability and performance of services by defining and monitoring relevant KPIs
• Together with other product teams, you ensure an integrated architecture
• You actively participate in our Tech Lead community and help shape our way of working

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in a STEM field or comparable with an affinity for data and software development
• At least five years of relevant professional experience as a Software or Data Engineer (m/f/d), ideally in the Retail or E-Commerce sector
• You can demonstrate initial experience in leading a team of Software and Data Engineers
• Very good knowledge of Python, Go, SQL, Cloud Services (GCP, DevOps), and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in the integration of SaaS solutions as well as internal GCP solutions
• Very good English skills and ideally good German skills round off your profile
