Technical Writer - Technical Documentation M/F

Your tasks

As a member of our Design Office and Documentation Department, you will contribute to the development of our business by ensuring the drafting of all technical documents in collaboration with other departments.

You will work in collaboration with technical teams, sales engineers, and various company departments to produce clear, precise documentation adapted to customers and users.

Your main missions

• Draft technical documentation for the machine based on 3D and 2D designs and exploded views according to specifications in the functional requirements for the customer
• Draft maintenance plans, user manuals, and spare parts catalogs
• Develop after-sales service (SAV) and workshop procedures according to instructions from the BE
• Respect documentation delivery deadlines
• Verify the technical compliance of pneumatic diagrams (P.I.D) with respect to the machine for validation of its reference (TAG)

And more generally

• Collect and analyze information from technical teams and business experts.
• Structure and simplify technical information to make it accessible to different audiences.
• Verify the consistency, accuracy, and quality of the produced documents.
• Ensure the update of documentation according to product and process evolutions.
• Respect applicable standards, internal procedures, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Training and/or in-depth knowledge in technical writing, technical communication, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in technical writing is necessary.
• Good command of professional and technical English.
• Required: Technical knowledge in mechanics and pneumatics, basic knowledge in electricity
• Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Ability to understand and popularize complex technical information.
• Proficiency in office tools: Pack Office, ERP (SAP), basics in 3D. Knowledge of image editing would be a plus

The salary will take into account your training and experience, base 35,000 € annually. (Distributed over 13 months / base 39h/week).
