Management Controller
BATTRI is an industrial company specializing in the recycling and recovery of batteries. In a context of strong growth and the structuring of our organization, we are recruiting a Senior Industrial Management Controller to support operational teams and the Finance Department in performance management.
Your missions Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will act as a true business partner to the various operational teams. Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Operational Management Support operational managers in monitoring their indicators.
Build and ensure the reliability of dashboards.
Develop a performance management culture.
Identify levers for organizational improvement.
Industrial Management Control Build cost trees and calculate industrial cost prices.
Analyze material flows.
Perform profitability analyses.
Support to sales teams Participate in pricing simulations.
Measure margins by activity, customer, and service.
Produce the economic analyses necessary for commercial negotiations.
Budget and reporting Participate in budgets and reforecast. Participate in industrial projects and analyze their ROI.
optimization of cost accounting Prepare monthly reportings.
Participate in month-end closings.
Monitor stocks.
Continuous Improvement Participate in the development of management tools.
Automate reportings.
Deploy BI tools and exploit AI.
Guarantee data reliability.
You have at least 8 years of experience in management control within a demanding industrial environment. Ideally, you have already participated in the launch of a factory where everything had to be built from scratch. You enjoy going into the field, understanding industrial processes, and interacting with operational teams. You specifically master: cost prices and cost accounting;
margin and profitability analyses;
Excel (advanced level);
ideally Power BI or another Business Intelligence tool.
A professional level of English is expected.
