Sales Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve established sales targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the Greater Jakarta area.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Training and developing sales team members.
• Ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Preparing regular sales reports.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional programs.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (MUST).
• Minimum education: Diploma 3.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Asst. Manager or similar position.
• Experience in the field of Forklifts and/or automotive is highly preferred
• Good understanding of the Greater Jabodetabek market.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
