Junior Baker

We are looking for a passionate Junior Pastry Baker toassist in preparing pastries and baked goods. This role is ideal for someoneeager to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of pastries and baked goods Follow recipes and food safety standards Support senior bakers with daily production and plating Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment Follow hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times Help with basic decorating, filling, and finishing of pastries Monitor baking times and temperatures Assist with inventory checks and ingredient storage Requirements Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques Willingness to learn Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required Team player with attention to detail Fresh diploma/ite grad welcome SG/PR preferred
