Requirements:

• Ability and confidence in front of camera
• Ability to work FULL TIME / WFO from Jakarta Barat
• Ability to create engaging photo and video content for social media, especially Tiktok.
• Experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Knowledge of men's fashion styling.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• Ability to generate fresh and creative content ideas consistently.
• Understanding of hooks, transitions, pacing, and audience retention.
• Ability to create aspirational and brand-consistent content.
• Understanding of target audiences.
• Creativity combined with commercial awareness and brand consistency.
