Your tasks
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled, in-home appointments, build relationships, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Just the opportunity to sell.
- Meet with homeowners at pre-set, in-home appointments.
- Design customized bath and shower solutions.
- Build trust through a professional, consultative sales approach.
- Present options, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.
- Alignment with our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage.
- Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius of your location.
- Availability Monday through Saturday for appointments at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM.
- Ability to complete a minimum of 11 appointments per week.
