IWS & Operations Skill Development Manager

Lead deployment and integrity of IWS and OSD systems across PMD & SMD to enable zero-loss culture. Build team capability through structured training, coaching, and disciplined DMS, driving long-term performance in safety, efficiency, quality, and cost.

Your key responsibilities will...

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or Automation 3+ years of experience in engineering, technical services or manufacturing operations. Experience in ISO 9001 / IWS / Lean six sigma deployment preferred Proven experience managing budgets, projects, compliance and cross-functional teams.
