Trade Marketing Executive - Monterrey

British American Tobacco is a tobacco company; our main brands are Lucky Strike and Pallmall. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Representative

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Analysis and interpretation of data and market trends
• Constant field supervision
• Compliance and monitoring of key commercial indicators
• Management of commercial relationships with regional and national administration accounts
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key business partners
• Accompany brand activations and event negotiations in the assigned area
• Promote collaborative management with leaders

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree professional in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering with a commercial emphasis, Economics, or related careers.
• Recent graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in consumer goods companies, in Commercial or Marketing areas, in roles with direct customer contact.
• Valid driver's license (indispensable).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission car (indispensable)
• Advanced English (B2, C1, or C2). (Indispensable)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence.
• Advanced mastery of Office package (Excel and Power Point).
• Analytical capacity and results orientation.
• Commercial and negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal and commercial relationship skills.
• Field work
• Knowledge of the modern channel (convenience stores, self-service)
• Knowledge of the On Premise channel (HORECAs)
• Experience working with companies in correlated industries or FMCGs
• Negotiation experience with key accounts

Monthly base salary of $26,567 gross. + 20% variable quarterly bonus. Work from Monday to Friday. Biweekly payment. Statutory and superior benefits such as:
