The position is for you who are interested in expanding your financial toolkit and are motivated by the consulting life, where no two days are ever the same. We will prepare you for the role of consultant and support your development through exciting projects and a tailored educational program.

With a solid professional foundation in your backpack, you will become an important part of our customers' finance function, where you:

Assist with accounting, controlling, and analysis tasks

Participate in month-end closing and prepare management reporting

Contribute to structuring, designing, and optimizing processes

Participate in change projects and major transformations in the finance function.

Your work tasks will be very varied, and you will typically sit with the same customer for three to six months, after which you will switch to new exciting projects. You will therefore get to test your skills with different tasks and professional issues in the finance function, which prepares you for the next step in your development.  A solid Basico background behind you

Before your first customer project, you will receive a solid introduction to our business and culture. We place great emphasis on setting the right team and matching your skills and goals with the customer's needs. With a career coach and buddy behind you, we ensure that you get a good start and get to know you. In this way, we ensure that you are assigned tasks that suit you, and that you experience always having your colleagues behind you for sparring and support. Additionally, you will continuously participate in competence development through our internal development program, Basico Academy.

After one year as a Basico, you will thus have been on two to three customer projects and built solid skills within accounting, controlling, and change projects. You will have participated in education together with your peers and supplemented your consultant profile with courses in, e.g., consulting skills, financial processes, and project management. Last but not least, you will have participated in our Consultant Camp and annual AwayDay. A professional and social community As a consultant in CFO Services, you will get engaged colleagues, all of whom are motivated to assist our customers and support the CFO's agenda. Daily life typically takes place at the customers' locations, and on Fridays, most consultants work from the Basico office, so there is an opportunity to cultivate the professional and social community.

Your foundation and your qualifications – so far:

You complete your master's degree in the summer of 2027.

You have practical experience from student jobs in a finance function, e.g., within accounting or reporting.

You have an understanding of data analysis and are familiar with large amounts of data.

You are good at communicating, collaborating, and building relationships.

You can express yourself effortlessly in both Danish and English.
