Role Description The Restaurant Staff role at RiverHaus is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. This role involves providing attentive customer service to guests using the restaurant and café areas within the hub, including welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Responsibilities include food service and basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen spaces, and supporting daily operations such as restocking supplies and setting up service areas. The Restaurant Staff member will collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service during events and regular business hours, and may assist in coordinating staffing needs with the supervisor.

Qualifications

Strong Food Service and Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene and safety standards. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Basic Hiring and team support capabilities, such as assisting with onboarding or training new staff when needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality or restaurant environment, preferably with prior experience. Reliability in working full-time on-site in Accra, with flexibility for occasional extended or weekend hours. Good organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately. Comfort working in a multicultural, business-focused setting; prior experience in coworking or hotel environments is a plus. Relevant vocational training or certification in hospitality, food service, or a related field is beneficial.
