As a consultant, you'll work with a variety of organizations in the healthcare, public sector, and corporate markets. You'll continue to develop your skills at the intersection of finance and business and gradually advance toward a senior business control role, with guidance tailored to your experience.

What will you do?

As a Mid-Level Business Controller, you'll help organizations with financial analyses, reports, and management information. You'll translate numbers into insights that enable management to make better decisions. In doing so, you'll work closely with finance, business, and operations teams and gradually grow into an advisory business control role.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Analyzing financial and operational performance;
  • Preparing and interpreting management and performance reports;
  • Provide support with budgets, forecasts, and business cases;
  • Identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Contribute ideas for improvements in performance management and decision-making;
  • Working with data and systems to further professionalize management information.
