Your tasks

You will work with modern technologies for manufacturing companies – from hardware for marking and reading barcodes to our own manufacturing information system. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of active sales, can understand customer needs, and works with a focus on results and closing deals.

• active searching and approaching new customers,
• identifying and analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable solutions,
• presentation of offered products and solutions,
• conducting business negotiations and preparing business proposals,
• closing deals and fulfilling set sales targets,
• customer care and building long-term business relationships,
• cooperation with the implementation team and marketing,
• active involvement in marketing and sales activities related to the offered solutions, such as brunch meetings, webinars, and communication on LinkedIn.

Requirements

What we expect from you

• very good communication and presentation skills,
• ability to conduct business negotiations and negotiate,
• business mindset, independence, and orientation towards achieving results,
• ability to listen to the customer, understand their needs, and find suitable solutions,
• general overview in the field of IT and technical solutions,
• willingness to learn and continuously develop your knowledge,
• group B driving license,
• English at least at level B2, or the ability to communicate.

It is an advantage

• previous experience with B2B sales,
• experience in selling software, IT, or technological solutions.
