Full-Stack Web & Software Developer

Your tasks

• Design, build, and maintain web applications and custom digital tools using modern technology stacks.
• Build and maintain automated API integrations connecting web forms, CRM platforms, call/telephony management systems, and communication channels.
• Develop lead acquisition, routing, and data capture pipelines for real-time tracking and dispatching.
• Implement data security measures, server performance optimization, and GDPR-compliant processing.
• Create analytics dashboards to monitor Website audience, lead funnel metrics, and system performance.
• Perform continuous maintenance, database administration, testing, and system upgrades.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• A relevant diploma/qualification in ICT, Web Development, or equivalent practical professional experience (minimum 2+ years) in full-stack web software development.
• Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and CRM or communication system integrations.
• Technical proficiency in frontend and backend web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP/Python/Node.js or equivalent framework).
• Hands-on experience with database administration (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities and fluency in written and spoken English.
