For this INTERNSHIP, you will work under the responsibility of our Operational Control Manager

Job Description

The proposed missions are as follows:

Cost Control:

• Calculation and optimization of food and beverage costs
• Determination of theoretical costs for menus, cards, and event evenings
• Control, stock monitoring, and supplier invoicing
• Parameter setting of items for sale
• Monitoring and compliance with group procedures
• Food & Beverage field controls

Revenue Controls:

• Control of revenue from catering points of sale (Allocation of turnover, control of complimentary items, cancellations...)
• Banquet Seminar invoicing, file monitoring, and settlement
• Management of debtor accounts and deposits paid
• Preparation of invoices for catering & accommodation points of sale (Seminar files, Agencies...)
• Commission monitoring ...

Qualifications

You possess good interpersonal skills and are praised for your organizational abilities

• Training: Bac Pro/BTS Hôtellerie Restauration / Bac +3 to +5 (IAE or Business School) specializing in Finance, Management Control
• Good level in IT and English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Rigor
• Autonomy
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Accounting profile desired
