Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a seamless and luxury check-in/check-out experience.
• Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency, escorting them to their suites or villas while presenting hotel amenities.
• Oversee the security, tranquility, and administrative management of the Front Office operations during the night shift.
• Ensure the success of overnight operations, responding promptly to guest requests and fulfilling Barrière's service quality commitments.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, security, and compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards.
• Coordinate with the night housekeeping and room service teams to ensure flawless preparation for early morning arrivals and guest requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle any overnight emergencies or complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Do you always have a smile on your face, even late at night?
• Are availability, reliability, discretion, and a commitment to service your strengths?
• You might just be the talent we’re looking for!
• You’re proficient in the Opera software and fluent in both English and Greek (any additional language is a strong plus).
• Your natural people skills, attention to detail, team spirit, hospitality experience, and strong customer focus are your strengths.
• We are looking for someone with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Your “Plus”? You have mastered the art of nocturnal hospitality and possess a valid driving license.

Additional Information

Starting date: ASAP until mid-October.

Job type: Seasonal.

Salary: 1600€ - 1750€ net / monthly.
