LE GRAND HOTEL DINARD IS LOOKING FOR A NIGHT AUDITOR IN CDI

Facing the bay of Saint-Malo, on the mythical Côte d’Émeraude, the Grand Hôtel Barrière Dinard embodies the timeless elegance of great seaside establishments.

Built at the end of the 19th century, this 5★ hotel offers a spectacular view of the sea and provides a refined experience blending Belle Époque architecture, French hospitality, and the Breton art of living. The establishment features 86 rooms and suites with views over the bay, a restaurant facing the ocean, a bar, a spa, as well as spaces dedicated to well-being and relaxation.

Job Description

• Ensure the preparation of guest arrivals, their welcome, and follow up on files;
• Control the cash float and process payments;
• Know your guests and ensure excellent interpersonal relations with confidentiality and discretion;
• Ensure their well-being throughout their stay in order to provide them with an unforgettable experience;
• Promote the products and services of the establishment and the resort.

Qualifications

Do you feel comfortable in contact with customers and do you wear a smile in all circumstances? You are surely the talent we are looking for!

Your innate sense of contact, your rigor, and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets.

You speak fluent English.
