Job Description
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE
- Respond to and follow up on requests for activity organization and transport for hotel guests, at all stages of their stay
- Post and monitor various operations relating to the guest's stay on the IT tool in compliance with procedures
- Manage the Concierge email inbox while respecting email filing and prioritization standards
- Prepare itineraries gathering all activities and transport reserved by guests, in accordance with hotel standards
- Do everything possible to satisfy guest requests
- Ensure the quality of execution of services related to guest requests
- Respect Hotel and LQA standards
- Manage guest complaints
- Participate in managing the flow of luggage and cars in support of the Voituriers-Bagagistes and Chasseurs-Voituriers-Bagagistes

Qualifications
- Diplomas: depending on profile - BTS tourisme or École hôtelière or Ecole de Conciergerie
- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience
- Soft skills: excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, discretion and confidentiality, curious, good presentation and elocution, rigor and organization, versatility and team spirit, ability to supervise a team
- Professional English
The position is to be filled as reinforcement for the American Film Festival.
