You will work under the responsibility of the Rooftop Manager.
You will evolve within a team of approximately 7 collaborators (Chefs de rang, Barman). You will work within our Rooftop located on the top floor of our Maison.
Job Description
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE…
- Welcome customers according to the procedures in force within the Group: "smile, availability, conviviality, and courtesy";
- Ensure the level of customer satisfaction complies with Barrière Group and LQA standards;
- Take orders and provide service according to the required standards;
- Perfectly know the tasks of the commis in order to supervise them well, ensure their smooth integration, and be involved in their training;
- Validate billing, check your cash drawer, and ensure compliance with procedures related to the opening and closing of service.

YOUR PROFILE
Does your memory never betray you? Is juggling between different tables with agility easy for you? You are surely the talent we are looking for!
You master Micros software and your English is fluent. Your team spirit, your restaurant experience, and your strong customer sensitivity are your assets.
The sought-after profile is a person with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de rang in a traditional restaurant.
